On your OKAST platform you can send transactional (automatic) emails to your users according to their actions (subscription, password reset, payment confirmation etc.). Today there are 9 different emails listed below as well as the action that triggers them. These templates will be used by default if you are not a “White label” customer.

If you are a “White label” customer, you can modify them or create new ones thanks to an email editor to which we will give you access.

OKAST also allows you to really personnalise the experience with our tag system. These allow you to insert the right offer, the displayed price or the right links according to each of your different clients. All you would have t do is replacing a variable with the correct tag. These tags are listed below and are different depending on the emails, make sure that the tag you are using is on the correct email. They can be used in the body and in the subject of the email.

Example : If you want to write “thank you for subscribing to the XXX offer” just write “thank you for subscribing to <%=offer_name%>” and we will automatically replace with the name of the offer to which your user has subscribed.

Warning: If you want to use a tag in a button, simply put the tag after http:// AND remove”<%=” and”%>” at the beginning and end.

Example : if you want to add a “Reset your password” button that returns to the password termination page (tag:<%=password_url%>), you will have to write : “http://password_url”

Note that your logo will always appear at the top of the automatic templates.
