You can manage your customers/fans base directly from the “Community” menu.
There are 3 ways to get into this customer base:
1 – When a user registers his email in the field at the bottom of your site:
2 – When a customer buys, rents or subscribes to one of your offers, he/her gets automatically lifts in your customer base
3 – If you already have a customer base or CRM file, you can upload it in the OKAST portal
-either by copying-pasting email addresses (separated by a comma)
-either by downloading our template file .csv, filling in and then uploading it
Don’t forget to add a “group” to describe your clients, for example: “Buyers”,”recurring”, “Newsletter” etc…
CAUTION: be sure to clean your email list and do not upload email addresses that are not correct. We can delete your account if you do not follow good practices. We remind you that SPAM is illegal and you must get the approval of your customers to use their email for your communications.
